Hello, Atlantic City educators! The Atlantic City Free Public Library is happy to support the valuable work that you do in our city. Check out some of the links below for ways that we can help:

  • Assignment Alert – Let me know when you have an assignment coming up, so I can make sure that we will have adequate resources prepared for students seeking information for an assignment.
  • Class Visits – I love to both visit you in your classroom and host your class here in the library. We can assist with research, teach teens to use our ebooks and online resources, work on college and scholarship information, and more.
  • Suggest Materials for Purchase – Is there a book, audiobook, DVD, or magazine that you think our library really should have? Fill out the form and I’ll consider it for addition to the next Teen materials order.
  • Teacher Library Cards – Atlantic City teachers are eligible for special library cards that allow them to check out library books in greater numbers and for longer periods.
  • Test Prep – We have extensive resources to help teens prepare for SAT, ACT, AP, and GED testing, plus many vocational aptitude tests.
  • Classroom DVDs – Our Young Adult DVD section is filled with highly acclaimed documentaries and other teaching resources. You are welcome to check them out for use in your classroom!
  • Audiobooks – Audiobooks can be a great resource for reluctant readers and classroom use. We have many frequently-assigned novels and popular fiction titles as both books on CD and downloadable eAudiobooks.
